The Role

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise internal stakeholders and negotiate with external counterparts on a variety of commercial agreements, including third party agreements, operations agreements, services agreements, partnerships, and marketing agreements
• Develop and implement processes for efficient and streamlined operations surrounding contract negotiation and processes
• Develop and maintain precedent agreements, contract management systems, and other databases
• Identify and advise on legal risks in connection with the development of new products
• Organize and conduct periodic compliance reviews pertaining to the Financial Advisors Act, MAS Notices and Guidelines.
• Develop/review policies and procedures including manuals on local regulations
• To assist in MAS reporting and notification.
• Maintain regulatory relationship with MAS and respond to queries from MAS
• Assist Compliance Manager on all regulatory compliance matters to discharge duties as and when required.
• Liaise with internal/external auditors on regulatory matters.

To Qualify

Front of House Receptionist responsibilities:

-Being the first point of contact at the Reception desk while always maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.

-Signing in visitors, delegates and contractors while issuing the health and safety brief.

-Answering the telephone in a timely manner while using the correct greeting and solving any queries.
