Job Responsibilities

Learning & Development

• Provide support in implementing the annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA), conducting analytics and insights on trends, and developing of corporate training plan.
• Assist in sourcing, promoting training programs and internal events, organizing in-person and webinars.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)

HR Data Analytic

• Ability to build and design user-friendly dashboards, present data and deliver insights to generatemeaningful results for data analysis.
• Coordinate, consolidate and analyze data to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of people demographics.
• To create and update the overseas employee contact list.

Employee Engagement

• Liaise, plan, and organize employee engagement events/activities as and when necessary

Performs ad hoc tasks as required.

Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications

• Pursuing a Degree or Master Degree in HR, Business Management, Business Analytics or any other relevant fields. (Strong interest in data analytics is a plus.)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication and writing skills.
• A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and also collaboratively in challenging projects and timelines, possessing excellent planning and organising abilities.

Job Description

• Assist in all HR activities Biz. Recruitment, On-boarding, Training for blue-collared employees & temp staff
• Assist the HR department in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the work environment
• Assist in handling the processing of insurance claims for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc
• Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required
• Supports company operations by maintaining office systems
• General office management such as ordering stationery, pantries and others.

Requirements

• Any degree holders who have experience in HR & administrative activities are preferred. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
• Keen to learn and gain exposure in the field of Human Resources
• Must be comfortable travelling to Tuas and speaking with Rank-and-File workers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with the local labour legislation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage on-boarding and new hire administration, as well as job posting on various platforms.
• Assist in daily human resources operations, including but not limited to employee relations, HR staffing and training etc.
• Maintain staff information and records, support documents uploads and database management, e.g. data input, filing, and other clerical support.
• Work towards the betterment of the workspace environment by actively participating in initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.
• Conduct overviews of employee activities and performance from time-to-time.
• Provide detailed performance reviews of employee performance with actionable feedback to facilitate employee development.
• Assist in implementation of employee compensation and benefits administration programs.
• Play an instrumental role in the talent acquisition process.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Description

• Mapping of HR Work Processes and involvement in the implementation of new HRIS:
• Working with each function of HR to map out the work processes
• Assist in the migration work to the new Performance Management System
• Support the implementation of HRIS

Employee Relations:

• Help with updating and disseminating company policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist in generating HR reports and analytics.
• Help with HR-related projects, such as policy revisions or process improvements.

Recruitment and On-boarding:

• Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Assist in conducting reference checks.
• Support the on-boarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating induction sessions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or recently graduated).
• Knowledge or coursework in HR principles and practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
