Pros: The team at ENS Group is fantastic. Everyone is willing to help out, and there's a real sense of camaraderie that makes coming to work enjoyable. I've learned a lot about various IT systems and cloud solutions, which has definitely advanced my career. The company culture is very inclusive, and I feel respected as an employee. The remote work flexibility is also a significant benefit.
Cons: While generally good, work-life balance can be strained during critical project phases or client emergencies, leading to some intense periods. There are times when the approval processes for certain initiatives feel a bit slow, which can be frustrating. More defined pathways for career progression, beyond just skill acquisition, would also be beneficial for long-term planning.
