Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions.
Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, and responds to alerts during production.
Handles production materials within the facilities and performs cleaning and sterilisation activities.
Tasked with the day-to-day operations of individual manufacturing equipment.
Must adhere to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations at all times in order to protect both employees as well as the quality of the products.
Store materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Dispose degraded and contaminated materials according to SOPs.
Input information into the inventory management system.
Carry out batch dispensing operations.
Prepare materials, equipment and solvents required for cleaning and sterilization.
Perform manual and automated cleaning and sterilisation of equipment, containers, cleanrooms and facilities.
Perform calibration and pre-startup checks on manufacturing equipment according to SOPs.
Operate filling and packaging equipment.
Identify opportunities to improve production activities within one’s work areas.
Follows proper sequence of operation, specifications and operating instructions for processing equipment.
May conduct basic tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over such variables as temperature, density, pressure and viscosity.
Ensure continuous compliance to Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP).
Troubleshoot and resolve packaging quality issues and monitored the corrective actions.
Services, troubleshoots and solves standard engineering problems with processes or equipment already in operations.
Follows processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist department in achieving company’s Key Performance Indexes (KPIs).
Follow the packaging line schedule to ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Execute the following weekly activities including coordination of communication required from the organization to complete the necessary analytics:
a) DOH Report
b) Yield Report
c) Production Report
• Execute the following monthly close activities including coordination of communication required from the organization to complete the necessary analytics:
a) PPV J/E’s and reports on WD1
b) Cost / Unit reporting for division metrics WD5
c) Payroll report WD7
d) Inventory Cycle Count (twice monthly)
e) Complete safety checklist for office area
• Execute Annual Fixed Asset Cycle Count
a) Collaborate with various business functions to complete annual fixed asset cycle count
b) Complete cycle count in accordance with timeline developed with Accounting Manager of fixed assets
c) Communicate any resource gaps on a timely basis
• Utilities LBE goal includes the following monthly deliverables:
a) Review of monthly utilities bills for any irregularities
b) Incorporate prior month’s actual usage and pricing from bills into the model
c) Update the efficiency curve model for most recent actuals
d) Update the model for price and volume changes
e) Incorporate any changes in Cost Improvement Programs that may affect the modeling
f) Update utilities efficiency and price slides for MBR
• Perform a variety of ad-hoc analyses to help explain variances and further investigate business issues. Additionally, prepare several analyses and presentations for plant personnel and/or visiting senior management to convey information in a concise and useful manner. Several known analysis are already listed:
a) Continual updates to AMS product cost glidepath
b) The site director has requested a high level analysis. What is the in-efficiency as a result of employee turnover? Both for Direct Labor and Indirect Labor
c) Provide support for the A/P team due to employee turnover
• Primarily lead to ensure the monthly Capital and Financial Review (CFR) package is ready to be reviewed at the monthly S&OP meeting.
a) Orchestrate the monthly update of the Capital & Finance Review (CFR). This involves updating many of the key schedules but also includes communicating with the other financial leads to complete their work on time and in full
b) Review the package to ensure its accuracy
c) Ensure the package is ready for review with FD one day prior to the monthly S&OP meeting
• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/ Professional Accounting Qualification recognized by ICPAS or related discipline
• Strong analytical and planning skills
