Job Responsibilities:

i) Succession Planning & Talent Management

- Assist Head of Department in identify successors and high-potential employees and implementing strategies to develop and retain key talents in the organization.

- Manage and execute the succession planning and talent developmen programs / initiatives.

- Analyse data to measure the impact of the talent management inititives and make data-driven recommendations for continues improvement.

ii) Organizational Development

- Assist HODs in design, plan and execute the organizational development programs and initiatives aligned with the organisation's strategic goals and objectives.

- Implement OD's policies and procedures based on a thourouh knowledge of company related policies, best industry practices and applicable laws and regulations.

- Conduct job evaluation exercise to determine the values/worth of a job in relation to other jobs in an management of the Company's salary structure.

- Manage and maintain the employee's Job Description to ensure job requirements are accurately documented and designed and ultimately ensuring the right.

iii) Performance Management - Assists to overall performance management of the employees to ensure effective and complete development of individual KPIs is in accordance to the strategic objectives of the Company. - Facilitate the interation of competencies into performance management processes such as performance reviews and developmental plans.

iv) Learning & Development - Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify gaps in knowledge and skills within the organization. - Develop and implement the L&D plan that align with the Company's strategic goals. - Evaluate employees proficiency and provide development programs to support employees development and growth. - Track individual performance enhancement program to improve employees performance. - Education assistance for employees to pursuit their further education and skill development. - Utilise data analytics to monitor and assess the L&D effectiveness, make data-driven recommendation for employees'career development.

v) Culture & Engagement - Plan, manage and execute the culture and internal engagement programs to retain and improve employees' experience and emotional attachment to the company, their job duties, position within the company, their fellow employees, and the company culture towards becoming a HPO. - Develop and execute the internal communications for all staff.

vi) Industrial Training - Plan, coordinate and execute the overall internship program which includes but not limited to sourcing for trainees, coordinate interview, monitor and compile daily logs and monthyly evaluation etc. - To undertake any additional assignment as instructed by the Company

Job Requirements:

Experience

- Minimum 7 years working experience with at least 2 years holding Assistant Manager position.

- Exposure to oranizational development / talent management areas will be an advantage. Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent.

About the organization
Our client is a business conglomerate group of companies who is listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia. They are engaged in a wide spectrum of business activities in Malaysia and other Asean region. They are actively seeking fully qualified Accountants to assume the pivotal role of Accountant based at their corporate head office at the Golden Triangle area in Kuala Lumpur.
Key role responsibilities
As Accountant for the group, you will reporting to Senior Finance Manager. This position is a crucial technical role in the Group finance team, requiring strong consolidation skillset.
The role will include:
*Prepare group consolidated monthly,quarterly and yearly management accounts,financial statement.
*Review monthly consolidation.
*Prepare condensed statement for Bursa Malaysia,key note on segment reporting.
*Prepare monthly management accounts analysis.
*Perform month end and year end processes,Financial Accounting.
*Prepare budget, cost tracking and control report.
Candidate profile
*Malaysian in age group 30-40.
*Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting or professional qualification ACCA/CIMA.
*3-5 years in Group Accountant role of a listed company with diversified portfolios/activities.
*Solid technical background,including consolidated reporting and statutory reporting.
*Good understanding of complex multi-tier consolidation within listed environment.
*Strong direct experience in Corporate finance portfolio will be advantageous.
*Good communication skills with proficiency in English.
*Proficient in accounting software applications

• Position: Warehouse Operations Officer/Assistant.
• Salary: RM1800-2500
• Job location: Container Terminal 1 (North Port), Port Klang.

Chrisjac is currently looking for a Warehouse staff to assist the Warehouse Manager with the daily running of the operations and administration based at our client's 3PL warehousing facilities located at North Port in Port Klang area. Our client is an international Freight forwarding and logistics company with their 3PL warehousing facilities located at North Port in Port Klang area. 

About the job
This role (job) is mainly warehouse base and therefore not in a conventional office environment. This is a full-time permanent position and the role is to provide support the operation activities of the 3PL warehouse.
The work place is will be at the warehouse,working under the sypervision of Sypervisor. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of goods/cargoes into and out the internal system and ensuring orders are processed according to customers specifications. In this role, you will ensure that shipments are assigned timely and accurately. The role will involve arranging export shipments from collection through to shipment,arrange import deliveries and raise billing/invoice for payments.
The general duties will involve the following role:
*Perform cargo loading and unloading.
*To perform physical counts,tally and surface inspection of cargo upon receiving/delivery.
*To store cargoes in proper location assigned within the warehouse.
*To perform cargo issuance.
*Picking,packing and despatch of cargo according to ownership and destinations.

Job Requirements
Candidates who wish to be considered for this role should possess the following attributes:
*Malaysian Male or Female age 25-35.
*Qualification: Minimum SPM or Diploma. 
*2-3 years of work experience in 3PL warehouse facilities.
*Knowledge of both warehouse and logistics practices is necessary.
*Be able to demonstrate excellent literacy/numerary skills.
*Have accurate typing/data entry skills.
*Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word, Excel)
*Good communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
*Have access to a reliable means of transport to North Port area.   
*Must be willing to be based at Warehouse office (bonded) area.
