12 Month Secondment
What the job is about:
The role of the ESOL Employability Trainer will be to embed English Language Training into the existing employability curriculum at entry level 2 and 3 and deliver to small groups of mixed level learners and via 1-2-1 interventions. In addition, the ESOL employability trainers will be required to deliver English Language programmes to pre entry 1 and entry 1 learners following the national curriculum and designing a programme of their choice.
They are responsible for diagnostic assessments carried out with learners and, in conjunction with the Case Managers promoting training and identifying the training needs of Learners. They are also responsible for planning and delivering training; evaluating outcomes; providing follow-up support to Learners; administration and continuous improvement of training.
