Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Director of Product Innovation. Based in our Singapore Global headquarters in our new and world class innovation experience center, with fully operational laboratories and testing café, this position will spearhead consumer-driven product development to create a brand-relevant product pipeline of innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Planning

• Manage, direct and coordinate the Market planning team to optimize efforts in meeting departmental goals

Real Estate Relationship Coordination:

· Oversee the entire scope of real estate activities within SEAO, aligning market real estate strategies with overall business objectives and brand positioning, actively identifying challenges and opportunities

Stakeholders Engagement and Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams such as Commercial, Marketing, and Operations, and external partners

· Cultivate relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and stakeholders to drive brand advocacy and support business growth initiatives

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

· You have a minimum of 12 years of professional experience preferably in the retail industry with previous commercial exposure and a marketing background

· You are a strategic thinker who anticipates challenges and develops long-term solutions

Scope:

Coordination with Building Management

· Being the main contact person between Building Management and office premises i.e. fire drills, renovation and maintenance works within the compound of the office.

· Order and track office keys, tenant & parking passes (where applicable).

· Coordinates emergency procedures for the office. (Fire Warden)

Office Administrative and Management

· Ensure day-to-day efficient operations of the Singapore office

· Office travel duties - liaison with local travel agents to ensure best practice, negotiate corporate hotel rates

· Act as HSE liaison with building managers and our internal stakeholders

· Co-ordinate office supplies, for example, stationery and pantry supplies

· Manage the itineraries and travel of visiting staff from outside the region, where appropriate

· Support office renovations/refurbishments in-conjunction with other key stakeholders

· New Employees:

o Inform new employees on office procedures (access to the building, requesting office supplies, etc.) upon arrival.

o Ensure that new employees are provided with all necessary documentation on first day, and all required documents are signed.

· Organizes special functions for the office including but not limited to holiday functions, holiday cards and any special projects assigned

· Participate as active member of Business Continuity Plan related activities and administrative work (such as Flu Manager/ Safety Management Officer)

· Coordination between all departments and functions.

· Any other task that is appropriate from time to time.

Country Manager's Assistance

· Maintains the calendar of the Country Manager

· Sets up appointments, hotel accommodation and makes travel arrangements for Country Manager

· Prepares correspondence and PowerPoint presentations for the country manager.

· Minutes taking for meetings.

· Travel and Expense policy management.

NEA is the lead agency for planning for after-death facilities and services in Singapore. You will be part of the Planning and Capability Development Department of the Memorial Facilities & Planning Division, which oversees the planning of after-death facilities in Singapore.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and review strategies and policies for government-managed after-death facilities, particularly the cemetery, to meet long-term demand.
• Manage data and information gathering and in-depth analyses for the reviews.
• Review licensing and regulations related to after-death.
• Project development for new government-managed after-death facilities and land-related matters, including establishing requirements, securing funding, procurement.
• Project management, including monitoring funding utilisation, resource planning, contract management for external consultants and contractors.
• Collaborate with the engineering and corporate divisions, and with external stakeholders for policy development and implementation, and project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering/Science/Building/Architecture
• Keen interest in project management work
• At least 4-5 years of experience in relevant fields such as construction, engineering, project development and management, public sector finance, procurement
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
