Key Responsibilities

1. Provides executive leadership to a major manufacturing / supply chain function supporting a large and complex business unit. May lead functional operations at multiple manufacturing sites. Establishes and monitors production using metrics/budgets through systems, and initiates appropriate corrective action as needed and based on results. Establishes and controls project schedules, timelines.
2. Plans and evaluates optimal resource utilization and efficiency of operation to minimize costs and allow for on-time delivery of product to customers. Accurately establishes plant capacity.
3. Directs, guides, monitors, and evaluates Operations Team personnel to accomplish specific production and supply chain goals consistent with established operational, housekeeping (5S), and safety procedures and processes. Engage in problem solving in complex situations and process improvements in streamlining work processes.

5. Identifies and pursues new technologies to improve production, increase efficiency and resource utilization and maximize profitability.
6. Works closely with members of Senior and Executive Management to align overall operations development with business needs/opportunities. Promotes an environment of cooperation and trust.
7. May provide ownership / leadership for a major divisional function, project, or program (i.e., Inventory Management, AMPS/Lean, Responsiveness / Agility). Provides leadership, guidance, mentorship, and personal development of his/her direct reports in the areas of daily operational management, systems development, and optimization.
8. Identifies process and quality changes designed to improve manufacturing or department capabilities. Drives Lean, Safety and Quality. Takes corrective action.

• Maintain accountability, ensure mission fulfillment, sustain effective and efficient operations, and maintain a safe, healthy, and positive workforce climate.
• Be responsible for the facilities which perform coin design and engraving, die manufacture, assay, coin production, quality control, coin distribution, and related administrative and support functions.
• Execute financial management and operational authority for Headquarters and field facilities.
• Develop and manage the engineering standards, procedures, and policies for equipment and facilities design and operation for production facilities.
• Serve as technical advisor on all aspects of the Unites States Mint manufacturing operations and programs.

The Company

Established MNC within the high-tech manufacturing space is hiring a highly driven and hands-on FP&A talent who has handled an Asia Pacific or Global portfolio. Proven experience in long term range planning, SAP ECC 6 and in preparing investor presentation slides will be required.

Requirements

• Experience in handling an APAC or Global portfolio – comfortable with having meetings across timezones with Europe and US
• Exposure in working directly with senior management team (e.g. CEO, President)
• Proven experience in long term range planning and financial modelling
• Familiarity with SAP ECC6 (familiar with T-codes in order to pull data out from the system for analysis)
• The successful candidate must be highly detailed and meticulous, has an ability to be involved in the preparation of investor presentation slides, proactive, able to work very independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel skills required

Budget

circa S$15,000 - S$20,000 per month + Bonus

Job Scope

Reporting to the Senior Finance Director (Global), you will manage a team of 2-3 members and be responsible in managing the financial performance for corporate functions. You will oversee long term range planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and preparation of monthly trend reports and analysis. You will provide explanation of variances and key performance drivers, support in monthly and quarterly business reviews, and drive presentation to senior management such as the Group CEO and CFO, Audit Committee, etc.

You will continually look into developing and enhancing FP&A processes to facilitate efficient and quality decision making. You will also provide leadership and engage with various stakeholders to improve Anaplan and analytics opportunities. The key stakeholders whom you will business partner and support closely will be the Group CFO and various Head of Departments.
