Drive Geo extension of existing portfolio Android Mobile vendors and develop and implement value proposition for mobile into BTB channels (Android Enterprise Gold). In addition to Program management of GAPP (Google partner BTB program). Supporting countries with local Mobile vendor development and Optimizing FEM and BEM conditions with Pan-European framework agreements with mobile vendors. Job Purpose:

Analysis and definition of requirements of central vendor reporting for all European Countries as basis for respective vendor rebates

Responsibilities:

In order to provide a satisfactory service, the position must focus on:

• Contributing to the daily implementation of the TD SYNNEX reporting processes.
• Developing reporting solutions and improvement proposals in the context of increasing the quality of the reporting.
• Helping to adjust and implementing the modernisation of our reporting.
• Contributing to a number of company automation processes from a reporting perspective.
• Helping to ensure governance of and uniformity in the reporting.
• Drawing up and maintaining customer and supplier reports within the stipulated service level.
• Drawing up and maintaining a uniform, internal reporting system to support the company processes.

About the role:

As a Network Security Engineer you will be responsible for 2nd level partner and support services within the EMEA region. • Experience in configuring and/or troubleshooting firewall technologies

• One or more of the following industry certifications; CompTIA Security+, SSCP, PCNSA/E, CCNA/P, JNCIA-SEC, JNCIS-SEC, JNCIA-Junos, JNCIS-ENT, CCSA, CCSE or equivalent vendor/industry certification.

Responsibilities:

The position reports to the Accounting Team Leader.  In order to provide satisfactory service the position holder must successfully deliver the following:

• Perform different type of tasks for Month-end, quarter end, and year end closing
• Calculate and post manual journals at month end with appropriate and complete supporting documentation
• Perform certain monthly Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliations
• Perform Inter-Company Reconciliations
• Manage Fixed Assets
• Interface with various departments, including purchasing, sales, finance, others.
• Assist with other additional reporting requirements as needed
• Support with finance related projects as required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year-experience within an Accounting Department
• SAP knowledge, preferable

About the role:

Job Purpose  

The Cloud Systems & Services team is responsible for the vendor purchasing, credit monitoring and billing process of their assigned vendors. This includes offering shared services through TD SYNNEX owned Shared Service Center outsourced to service partners.

The team is also responsible to roll-out Cloud procurement, invoicing and business health solutions to all TD SYNNEX entities in Europe (21 countries +).    The team will collaborate with all of TD SYNNEX's Business Unit leaders and their key partners, to develop the right strategies, and strive to deliver best in class systems with maximum impact and synergy across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Assess business needs along with vendors, TD stakeholders and cloud team mates.

• Create, maintain and optimize billing and cost optimization tools. (Excel environment)

• Define, deploy, manage and optimize Sales Order Management operations to support TD Cloud Business across Europe (Order Monitoring, Credit Health, Vendor SLAs, Order Fixing, Billing, Reporting…)

• Define, deploy, manage and optimize Purchase Order Management operations to support TD Cloud Business across Europe (Vendor Portals Access & Training, Central Purchasing, Quick Start Provisioning, POs & Vendors, Accounts Payable Support, Reporting…)

• Document all processes accordingly along with off-shore team.

• Define KPIs/SLAs. Measure and share results.
