Responsibilities

Human Resource Scope

• Coordinate new employee onboarding, including offer letters, induction programs, and orientation sessions
• Manage employee offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Support implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures
• Handle and resolve employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Assist with organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, such as trainings, workshops, and team building events

Administration Scope

• Manage and maintain inventory of office stationery, fixtures and equipment.
• Process name card requisition for existing and new employees.

• Work with vendors for office procurement and review vendor billings
• Answer all inquiries requests or complaints received from employees
• Establish and maintain a proper filing system for efficient documentation and administration

Requirements

• Minimum ITE certification
• Minimum 1 year in a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software

As an IT Executive, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the organization's information technology infrastructure and systems. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks and servers.
