To continue on this trajectory, we’re searching for a highly qualified chief of staff to work closely and directly with our Executive Director & CEO as a trusted advisor & right-hand man/woman.

Objectives of this Role
From day one, the Chief of Staff will have an immediate impact on:
- Collaborate with key team members to determine & prioritize strategic initiatives;
- Overseeing program & project management;
- Effectively communicate objectives between departments;
- Plan, coordinate and keep contents of meetings focused;
- Determine key performance indicators and how to measure team performance;
- Organize & manage the Chief Executive’s office, including attending meetings & taking effective minutes.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management/project management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
- Assist the human resources department with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects
- Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years in a Business/Project Management/Executive Assistant role
- Excellent communicator in written or verbal form
- Versatile & adaptable to different organizational dynamics
- Experience in planning & leading strategic initiatives
- Insatiable curiosity & desire to learn
- A love for people over processes, with an understanding that success is a by-product of a motivated and engaged workforce
