The Corporate Services Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the corporate services division, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our business clients. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance corporate service offerings and drive growth in the corporate sector.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the immigration, investment or corporate services industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Holding a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (KAH) will be a plus point.

Job Scope:

• Assist with day-to-day project processing matters.
• Create estimated case timeline and customise documents checklist, closely monitor application progress.
• Provide personalised advice and submit relevant applications for clients’ cases.
• Guide clients in document preparation and provide periodic updates.
• Check the accuracy of documents for submission and engagement invoices.
• Respond to clients' queries regarding the applications timely.
• Attend to queries raised by authorities, and draft proposed responses on behalf of clients.
• Ensure follow-up on receivables and monitor timelines.
• Able to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and business associates.
• Provide weekly updates to the director.

With a headquarters based in China, the Company has decided to expand operations to Singapore to serve the growing client base in the region. Embarking on this exciting journey, the company is seeking a dynamic and organised Administrative Coordinator to join the Singapore team and play a pivotal role in overseeing the administrative operations at the initial stage.

Responsibilities:

1. Communication and Coordination:

• Serve as a point of contact between the Singapore branch and the headquarters in China.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.

2. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Manage and maintain accurate records of import/export documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

3. Travel and Logistics:

• Coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
• Oversee logistical aspects related to shipments and deliveries.

4. Calendar Management:

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, both internally and externally.
• Manage calendars for key team members.

5. Financial Administration:

• Annual Leave: five (5) days.
• Sick Leave: consecutive with MOM recommendations.
