Crocs is looking for an experienced Director of Executive Search, APAC. Reporting into the Sr.
Director, Executive Search, you will have primary responsibility for Director level and above recruitment for the Crocs and HeyDude brands across the APAC region. This role will lead executive search strategy, partnerships, outreach, negotiations, and overall candidate care.
Job Description
- Develop the executive search strategy for roles across the APAC region for the Crocs and HeyDude brands.
- Lead all sourcing, screening, assessment, recruitment, relationship management, and hiring of executive level talent; own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle for the APAC region.
- Develop and foster leadership talent pipelines across all lanes of the business while also providing regular, comprehensive overviews of the external market to executives and business leaders.
- Advise internal leadership teams on external market factors, providing diversified solutions for talent acquisition and succession planning for the APAC region.
- Become the primary source of recruitment knowledge on trends impacting the footwear and fashion industries.
- Bring forward the knowledge of the competitive landscape and collect market intelligence across the APAC region. Use this knowledge and data driven insights to analyze hiring trends that will strengthen our talent attraction strategy.
- Understand external talent supply and demand dynamics in the countries of responsibility and help develop a hiring plan, together with the business and HRBPs, especially as we look to meet our growth needs over the coming years.
- Advise hiring managers and HR leaders on offer proposals, including complex compensation structures, relocation, and negotiating compensation packages at senior levels across the organization.
- Develop and lead recruiting marketing and employment branding strategies to increase awareness of Crocs and HeyDude across the APAC region.
- Provide white glove candidate and hiring manager experiences
- In partnership with the HRBPs and hiring managers, ensure new executive hires are onboarded seamlessly with the most positive new hire experience.
- Recruit for non-executive exempt roles across the APAC region as needed.
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience recruiting senior level talent; footwear/retail industry experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in researching and mapping APAC talent landscape and building trust-based relationships with senior management.
- Expert knowledge of APAC’s market compensation trends
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex searches concurrently.
- Proven ability to develop deep pipelines of diverse and talented leaders for future needs.
- Strong executive presence with credibility. Must be comfortable working with the most senior leadership at Crocs and HeyDude.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Strong business acumen and ability to assess leadership qualities.
- Must be comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment.
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
