Good Flexibility but Pay Needs Improvement
Pros: The hybrid work model is excellent, really allowing for a good work-life balance. I appreciate the flexibility in scheduling my days and the supportive management team who trust us to get our work done. The company culture is generally collaborative.
Cons: While the benefits are okay, the base salary for this role in the technology industry feels a bit low compared to market rates in Mexico City. There's also a perceived lack of clear paths for rapid career growth for engineers.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing compensation packages to ensure they are competitive within the technology consulting industry in Mexico City. Clearer articulation of career progression frameworks would also be beneficial.

Decent work flexibility, some quirks
Pros: The biggest pro is being able to work remote from Denver, CO for most of the week. As a Data Analyst, my work is largely independent, so it's easy to manage my own time. The hybrid model is pretty solid, usually 2 days in the office, 3 WFH.
Cons: Sometimes, the 'flexible hours' can mean odd meeting times that cut into personal time. There's not a super clear policy on WFH for all corporate roles, so it varies by manager. It can feel a bit inconsistent between teams.
Advice to Management: Standardize the hybrid and remote work policies across all teams. It would help a lot with consistency and transparency for employees.
