Pros: Job security is solid here. They've got good benefits packages for a large manufacturing company, especially the pension. As a Manufacturing Engineer, I always felt my work was important to the automotive lighting systems production.
Cons: The company culture can be very traditional and slow. It's hard to get new ideas approved. There's not much room for modern work flexibility, even for office-based engineering roles in the Wieselburg office. You're mostly onsite.
Advice to Management: Try to embrace new ideas faster. Empower middle management more. Work on fostering a more dynamic, less hierarchical culture to attract younger talent.
