Good growth opportunities in tech sales, but processes need refinement.
Pros: Infobip provides excellent exposure to the global SaaS and CPaaS market, which has been invaluable for my career growth. I’ve had the chance to work on diverse projects and interact with clients across different regions. The company culture fosters a sense of teamwork, and many colleagues are passionate about technology and sales. It's a fast-paced environment where you can really hone your skills in B2B enterprise sales and understand complex digital communication solutions.
Cons: While the sales environment is motivating, the internal processes and tools for sales operations could be more streamlined. Sometimes, getting cross-departmental support or approvals can be a bit slow, impacting efficiency. There's also a learning curve with some of the proprietary systems. More structured training on internal best practices and updated sales enablement resources would be beneficial for new hires and experienced staff alike.
Advice to Management: Consider investing further in optimizing sales workflows and provide more consistent, hands-on training for internal tools to boost team efficiency and onboarding for new B2B sales professionals.

Great Learning Ground for Aspiring Tech Professionals
Pros: I really appreciated the mentorship I received. The team was super supportive, always willing to explain complex concepts in the CPaaS industry. I got to work on actual client projects, gaining practical experience in solution design and understanding how a global tech company operates. The exposure to different tools and platforms was fantastic for my career growth in the tech industry. It was a great introduction to the world of enterprise software.
Cons: Sometimes, the workload during peak periods could be a bit intense, especially balancing learning new things with project deadlines. While the overall compensation package for an intern was fair for Metro Manila, there wasn't a clear pathway for converting interns to full-time roles immediately, which could be a bit uncertain for fresh grads. Internal communication for cross-departmental projects could also sometimes be a bit smoother.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing a more structured intern-to-full-time conversion program to retain talent, especially for promising Solution Engineering Interns. Also, streamline communication channels between different project teams.

Great Culture for a Global Tech Company
Pros: Working with supportive colleagues in Kuala Lumpur is a highlight. As a Software Engineer, I value the learning and development within the CPaaS industry. The company culture genuinely promotes teamwork and career growth in this global tech environment.
Cons: Sometimes, the approval processes for new features can feel a bit slow, impacting project timelines for us software engineers. Also, during peak periods, the workload can get pretty intense, challenging the work-life balance a bit for the Kuala Lumpur team.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering open communication channels, especially across different departments to streamline project approvals. Considering more resources or better workload distribution during busy cycles could further enhance employee well-being and productivity in Kuala Lumpur.
