Pros: The people here are really bright and committed. I've learned a ton working alongside other engineers in aerospace tech. There's a true sense of mission for the space industry projects.
Cons: As a remote Junior Software Engineer, it's hard to feel fully connected sometimes. The company culture can feel a bit chaotic. There isn't always clear direction from leadership, which slows things down.
Advice to Management: Work on clearer communication and process. Structure helps a growing tech startup. Invest more in making remote employees feel included.

Pros: The best part is definitely the team. My fellow aerospace engineers in the Redmond, WA office are smart and supportive. We really help each other out with complex space tech projects. The hybrid work schedule is also pretty decent.
Cons: However, the company culture feels pretty top-down. There's not much transparency from senior leadership, which can be frustrating. Decision-making feels slow and sometimes out of touch with what the engineering floor needs.
Advice to Management: Management should really listen more to the engineering teams. Increase transparency and involve employees in decisions. It'll make a huge difference to morale and the overall company culture.
