Also, as a fast-growing tech company, internal communication across different departments could sometimes be more streamlined. Occasionally, approval processes for new tools or infrastructure changes can feel a bit slow, which impacts project velocity.

Pros: As a Software Engineer, the hybrid work arrangement is a solid perk here. You can usually work remote a couple of days a week. It's helpful for managing personal stuff, especially in a busy fintech startup.
Cons: The mandatory onsite days can feel a bit rigid sometimes. Also, there's not much consistency across different teams in the Singapore office, which makes planning tough. More flexibility on which days are remote would be great.
