Pros: I like the hybrid work model; it makes managing personal stuff easier. As a Junior Data Analyst, I felt supported in using my remote days for my tasks. The team collaboration is pretty solid.
Cons: During big project rollouts in the data analytics department, the hours can get really long. It's hard to maintain a good work-life balance when you're constantly pushing for a deadline. Some weeks feel like 50+ hours, which isn't great.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage project scopes and timelines. It would really help us in the data analytics roles avoid burnout and maintain a more consistent work-life balance.
