Good place for fashion lovers in the Canaries
Pros: It's great to be part of a recognizable fashion brand like SCALPERS. The company offers a good understanding of the fast-paced fashion retail world. The location in Las Palmas is beautiful, and the team I worked with was generally friendly and collaborative, making the daily grind more enjoyable. There's a sense of shared purpose in bringing the brand to life.
Cons: While the culture is mostly good, there can be moments of intense pressure during peak seasons or sales events. Sometimes communication about operational changes could be clearer. Employee recognition, beyond standard achievements, could be enhanced to boost morale further, especially during challenging periods.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering the positive team spirit and enhance internal communication channels for smoother operations. More structured recognition programs would be appreciated by the staff.

Solid fashion retail job in Burgos

Customer interaction is rewarding, and I enjoy helping clients find pieces they love. There's a sense of pride in representing the brand.
Cons: Sometimes the workload can feel intense, especially during peak seasons or sales events, which can affect work-life balance. Communication from upper management regarding broader company initiatives could sometimes be clearer or more timely to the store level. It would be great to see more consistent training opportunities across all roles.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering that supportive team environment. More proactive communication from leadership about upcoming changes and sales targets would be beneficial for store teams.

The company culture is quite energetic, and there's a genuine passion for the brand among colleagues. I appreciated the opportunities to contribute to new online strategies and see my work impact sales.
Cons: While there are growth opportunities, sometimes communication between departments could be more streamlined. The workload can also be heavy during peak seasons, impacting work-life balance slightly. It's a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability.
Advice to Management: Consider formalizing cross-departmental communication channels more to improve project flow and reduce potential bottlenecks during busy periods.
