Pros: When I first joined, the remote work options were great. We had a really decent hybrid model that helped me balance my personal life with client needs. It was a huge perk for Account Manager roles, especially in a busy Austin, TX market.
Cons: Lately, though, it feels like they're tightening the reins on flexibility. It's harder to get approvals for fully remote days now, even when the work gets done. For a mid-sized tech company, I think they could trust us more.
Advice to Management: Don't forget the value of work-life balance and trust for employees. Revisit the hybrid model and give teams more autonomy. It helps keep good people.
