Job Summary:
We are in search of an experienced Senior Marketing Executive who focus on non-online marketing for Photo Imaging (PI) Department.
Join our dynamic team as we seek a creative and driven individual to spearhead our non-online marketing efforts. From crafting compelling print materials to orchestrating impactful events, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence in the physical world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Photo Imaging Department’s products/services through non-online channels such as print media, events, partnerships and other.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences in the target market segments.
- To create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, product catalogs, and presentations.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, trade publications, and relevant organizations.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in non-online marketing channels.
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3 years in marketing roles with a focus on non-online channels, preferably in related industry.
- Strong understanding of traditional marketing principles and techniques, including print advertising, event marketing and others.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques to track campaign performance and ROI.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics, able to contribute to the development of visually appealing marketing materials.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for trade shows, events, and meetings.
