Job Description :

• To act as the primary contact person for liaising and coordinating between the company and customers, suppliers and other relevant government authorities;
• Oversees daily site operations, logistics and customers’ arrangement;
• Work closely with customer site operations to understand their requirements and seek clarifications if needed;
• Discuss and feedback to Senior Manager for actions required;
• Assist the Senior Manager to manage customer care program;
• To monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, changes in customer’s people, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategies;
• Supervise and manage the drivers team;
• Assist the Senior Manager to schedule the timetable and assign the line to the drivers;
• Loading & Unloading of waste materials;
• Ensure timely collection and delivery to the respective waste sites;
• Ensure company vehicles are regularly maintained/serviced and in good working condition;
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements

• Strong customer service and positive attitude.
• Clean driving record.
• Possess Valid Singapore Class 4 or Class 5 Driving Licence.
• Familiar with Singapore routes.
• Can adapt the shift working hours.

Job Description:

1. Perform sales functions as follows:

• Identify potential clients for the waste management market segments assigned to him/her with the aim to establish cordial and business relations

• Prepare proposals and negotiate the best deal on behalf of the company through close follow-up with potential customers to obtain feedback on the status of quotations, competitors response, decision-maker’s intention and any other relevant information affecting the outcome of the proposal.

• Facilitate the preparation of Sales Order through the Customer Service Executive and to work closely with him or her on sales and proper documentation.

• To prepare periodically, Sales reports for presentation to the management.

2. Work with Customer Service to maintain Customer Database with inputs such as name, designation, company, address, telephone and facsimile numbers and e-mail address, etc.

3. Assist Manager to maintain/improve the Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing customer complaints, and responding appropriately to any changes in customer’s personnel, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy

4. Support market intelligence by gathering information on customers, prospects, competitors, new entrants, price, market situation and trends in the various segments, influence groups & stakeholders, service offering and substitutes

5. Communicate with drivers and arrange work schedule .

6. Communicate with workers to process construction waste materials and disposal .

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in marketing or equivalent

• Must possess a vehicle as travelling to customers’ site is required

• Construction Site Safety knowledge preferred

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and PR skills

Job Description

• Quantity take-off estimating, pricing, tender support preparation, procurement produce, quantity measurement
• Prepare & compile tender documents and materials for submission
• Liaise with Clients & Contractors
• Source for subcontractors,suppliers and do price & quality comparison
• Oversee negotiation and procurement of materials and equipment during project duration
• Oversee preparation of BQ, variation orders, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting
• Monitoring and managing of formal documentation reviews for projects
• Other related project administrative works.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and documents
• Prepare of progress payments and final accounts
• Assist project team in letter / report writing and correspondences
• Prepare Purchase Order, Bulk Purchase Order and Contract to awarded supplier / sub-con
• Follow up with supplier for the delivery schedule to ensure on time delivery to project site without any delay
• Negotiate with supplier / sub-con in terms of pricing, delivery, quality, payment term and etc
• Maintain a database of suppliers and products and their price list
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Undertake other QS duties as and when assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Min 2 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Construction industry.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad
• Positive & responsible working attitude
• Ability to take stress and work beyond normal working hours when necessary
• Able to take-off and quantify from drawings

Job Description & Requirements

• Driving a Rear End Loader (REL) truck to perform refuse clearance in accordance with the schedule
• Operation of the REL truck to empty bins and transfer bins to the hopper.
• Assist attendant during waste collection
• Washing the truck and cleaning the interior.
• Performing and recording minor maintenance tasks
• Labouring work as required to complete waste disposal jobs.

Requirements:
• Hold a Class 4/ 5 driving licence is a must.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of heavy-moving truck and manual or semi auto transmission REL driving experience
• Prefer to have WSQ (PI-WM-106E-1) certificate
