Responsibilities
- Plan and build the overall product architecture, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and business objectives.
- Participate in researching, analyzing, and making decisions on technology solutions and software architecture suitable for high performance and scalability goals.
- Guide and control code quality, instructing development engineers to adhere to clean code standards and best practices.
- Research, evaluate, and apply new technologies (cloud, microservices, security, big data, DevSecOps, etc.) to enhance product quality and optimize system operations.
- Participate in training and upskill the backend development team.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners (PO), Business Analysts (BA), and other stakeholders to ensure technical quality and solution direction align with product goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 1-2 years in a Technical Leader role.
- Proficient in one of the following languages: Golang/Python/Java.
- Experience in designing and implementing large-scale systems with high performance requirements (scalable, high-performance, real-time).
- Strong knowledge of: OOP, Microservices architecture, Design patterns, CI/CD, Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes), Message Queue (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Excellent logical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, presentation, teamwork, and technical training skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and highly self-motivated.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related IT fields.
Nice To Have
- Experience developing products in Information Security, Fintech, or big data processing.
- Experience handling performance tuning, query optimization, and system scaling challenges.
- Good knowledge of System Security Architecture is a plus.
