At Reclub Vietnam, we are searching for our very first dedicated Senior DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer. Up until now, our talented engineering team has built and maintained our platform. Now, as we scale, we need a specialist to step in, take the wheel, and elevate our infrastructure to the next level.

🌟 Your Mission: You won't just be maintaining the status quo; you will be architecting the future of our platform. Your primary goal is to bridge the gap between our current setup and a fully automated, rock-solid infrastructure.
🛠 What You Will Do:
- End-to-End Ownership: Architect and manage our production infrastructure across cloud environments (AWS), containers, and networking.
- Automate Everything: Eradicate manual toil by implementing strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines for safe, seamless deployments.
- Database Mastery: Lead the operations for our core datastores (heavy focus on PostgreSQL), ensuring reliable backups, replication, and capacity planning.
- Observability & Reliability: Build intuitive dashboards, traces, and alerts. You will spearhead our on-call rotations while creating the runbooks and postmortem culture needed to make incidents a rarity.
- Fortify Security: Tighten access controls, manage secrets, and enforce least-privilege policies across all systems.
🎯 Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with deep production ownership.
- Technical Core: Strong Linux fundamentals, shell scripting, and extensive AWS expertise (Compute, Network, Storage, IAM).
- Modern Tooling: Proven experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, or similar) and a strict requirement for hands-on IaC.
- Data & Security: Solid track record running PostgreSQL in production, alongside practical knowledge of secure remote access (VPN, zero-trust mesh).
- The Right Mindset: You are a calm, pragmatic problem-solver who champions a "documentation-first" culture and focuses on root causes, not just quick fixes.
- (Nice to haves: Pulumi with TypeScript, self-hosted brokers like Kafka/ClickHouse, or mobile release infrastructure experience).
