The Role
• Lead modernization efforts for an enterprise data flow team, shaping the evolution of mission data governance.
• Provide Tier 1 operations support for customer data flow requests.
• Specify data handling and usage requirements for new data flows, and define and harden data schemas.
• Determine metadata tagging to support data interoperability and coordinate with data flow service providers.
• Define processes, business rules, and functional requirements for mission systems that support effective data governance.
• Integrate AI tools to develop schemas and modernize data governance processes.
What You'll Need
• 15+ years of experience working on contracts for the federal government.
• Experience with data flow, Apache NiFi, or mission systems.
• Experience defining and applying data tagging and handling requirements.
• Experience analyzing and defining data schemas and data processing requirements.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts, such as data provenance, classification, and data sharing.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
