2. About the Opportunity:

The Controller is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and scaling the full accounting function during a period of rapid growth. This position serves as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team, ensuring financial rigor and operational excellence. The role involves leading accounting operations across multiple legal entities and international jurisdictions, supporting the company’s global expansion and financial strategy.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement and innovation in accounting processes and technologies.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and international standards.
• Manage the annual financial audit process.
• Design and maintain internal controls to protect company assets.
• Oversee revenue recognition policies compliant with ASC 606.
• Manage accounting operations across multiple entities, including intercompany transactions and consolidations.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Support financial strategies for growth, profitability, and capital efficiency.
• Lead financial planning, scenario analysis, and investor reporting.
• Manage asset and inventory control initiatives globally.
• Handle multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional accounting and consolidation.
• Build international accounting infrastructure for market expansion.
• Oversee multi-currency accounting operations and FX risk management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory filings and local GAAP requirements.
• Develop strategies for treasury, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity management.
• Lead selection and implementation of accounting systems and ERP solutions.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance domestically and internationally.
• Develop risk management strategies including fraud prevention.
• Contribute to strategic planning as a finance and accounting leader.

4. Requirements:

• Extensive experience in accounting leadership within high-growth SaaS or HaaS environments.
• Expertise in GAAP, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and international accounting standards.
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency, and international accounting operations.
• Strong knowledge of tax planning, compliance, and transfer pricing.
• Proven ability to develop and implement internal controls and risk management strategies.
• Skilled in financial systems and ERP implementation.
• Ability to partner strategically with senior leadership.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
