BT-452 – Full Stack Developer
Skill Level: Subject Matter Expert

Introduction
The client conducts strategic research and development and requires support in the evaluation, system design, and software engineering support to transition, primarily open source, software prototypes and algorithms to a proprietary client & partner infrastructure for deployment throughout the client organization.
Work Requirements
- The Contractor shall install externally developed web applications on Sponsor cloud environment infrastructure.
- The Contractor shall ensure the web applications communicates with external and internal databases, using API keys.
- The Contractor shall modify the web applications as required and be able to work independently on the project as needed.
- The Contractor shall provide front end development to host models and connect APIs in order to demo and transition tools in Sponsor software.
- The Contractor shall utilize AI/ML models to integrate with front-end development.
Required Skills
- Demonstrates experience with full stack web development using Javascript, PHP, R, Python, NodeJs, and/or MongoDB.
- Demonstrates experience working with client-side code such as Angular, Bootstrap, Material, jQuery.
- Demonstrates experience with REST APIs and data ETL.
- Demonstrates experience with Linux System Administration and associated scripting languages (Bash).
- Demonstrates experience with NoSQL and MySQL databases.
- Demonstrates experience with web app installation and deployment.
- Demonstrates experience with web-based software development.
- Demonstrates hands-on experience working within cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or similar.
- Demonstrates experience and knowledge of AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) models.
Desired Skills
- Demonstrates experience with Cloud-based Relational Database Services (RDS).
- Demonstrates experience with JIRA and Confluence.
