What we expect from you:
- Work across the full stack — frontend, backend, admin panel, and external integrations. You'll learn fast by doing a lot
- Spot and automate manual backoffice workflows that are slowing operations down
- Get involved beyond code — understand order flows, inventory, promotions, and over time drive small projects forward on your own
- Contribute to modernizing our high-traffic platform by breaking legacy systems into micro-services
- Ship well-tested, reliable software using continuous delivery practices
What we are looking for:

- Thinks like a product person, not just a coder — you care about the end result
Technical Fundamentals
- 3–5 years of experience in software development
- Comfortable working on both frontend and backend
- Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases, networking
- Experience with at least one modern backend language and one frontend framework. Go, Vue.js, Java, and PHP are a plus, but learning ability matters more
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Git, Linux, and testing practices
Nice to have
- Any exposure to e-commerce platforms or ERP systems
- Interest in mobile development, CI/CD, Docker, or distributed systems
