Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Performs reliability data cleansing, plausibility checks, and data quality reviews, ensuring the completeness and consistency of reliability data from relevant operational and technical sources
- Collects, prepares, and evaluates reliability data and provides reports, analyses, and performance information for engineering and fleet management activities
- Performs detailed investigations and special analyses on reliability-related topics to support engineering assessments
- Prepares and maintains reliability reports, statistics, and presentations for maintenance program assessments and regulatory reporting
- Supports the Reliability Review Board process through the preparation and validation of reliability data
- Supports the Reliability Manager in maintaining and further developing the Reliability Management Program and fulfilling applicable regulatory requirements
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data analytics, or related field; alternatively, state-certified technician qualification with equivalent skills and long-term aircraft maintenance experience
- Basic training for authorization as Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) personnel, per the Training Matrix (CAME Chapter 2.9)
- Several years of experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management or equivalent organizations
- High level skills in data analytics
- Knowledge of European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145, applicable national regulations and aircraft maintenance programs
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent IT skills, including AMOS
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills; flexibility, resilience, assertiveness, and team spirit
