Responsibilities:
• Legal Advisory: Offer expert advice on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and commercial issues.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including partnerships, licensing, and employment
agreements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor legal changes and develop compliance strategies.
• Litigation Oversight: Handle legal disputes and work with external law firms as needed.
• Employment Law: Advise on hiring, terminations, and labor law compliance.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks, managing global insurance policies and claims.
• Research and Development: Conduct legal research and provide informed opinions.
• Collaboration: Coordinate and support with overseas counsel.
Requirements:
• Degree in Law or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience in in-house legal departments or law firms is preferred.
• Knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
