Summary: The Senior Full Stack Developer role is crucial for leading the technology transformation, focusing on improving core credit and lending technology platforms within a large-scale regulatory programme.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders and engineering teams on the Wholesale Credit & Lending Technology transformation.
- Redesign and modernize core technology platforms to support credit and lending processes across global markets.
- Enhance data quality, traceability, and governance within existing systems and models.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.
- Support the transition from legacy platforms to modern technologies.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Python Full Stack Development.
- Strong database management skills, especially with PostgreSQL (Postgres).
- Experience with modern development practices and engineering mindsets.
- Ability to perform efficient code reviews with attention to detail.
- A pragmatic approach to engineering, focusing on effective solutions.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Claude AI tooling.
- Experience with Quantexa.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps principles.
