Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. - Proficient in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs. - Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and design patterns. - Experience in developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
