Location: Remote – Open Worldwide
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with significant overlap with 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Laravel Developer to help build, maintain, and enhance web applications in a fast-moving software environment.
This role is ideal for a developer who is already highly comfortable working with PHP, Laravel, and Tailwind CSS and can contribute without needing to learn the core technology stack on the job.
You will take ownership of feature requests, application enhancements, and bug fixes while collaborating directly with internal business users. Requests may sometimes begin as high-level ideas rather than detailed technical specifications, so the ideal candidate can ask thoughtful questions, clarify requirements, recommend solutions, and turn business needs into reliable software.
The team actively embraces AI-assisted development and expects developers to leverage AI tools appropriately to accelerate coding, testing, troubleshooting, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Develop, refine, and update user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
- Translate business needs and high-level feature requests into practical technical requirements and solutions.
- Collaborate directly with internal business users to clarify requirements and gather feedback.
- Build, test, troubleshoot, and refine new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Work with stakeholders to validate functionality and make adjustments based on user feedback.
- Coordinate application deployments and support features through the full development lifecycle.
- Communicate progress, technical recommendations, risks, and blockers clearly.
- Leverage AI development tools to improve coding, testing, troubleshooting, and overall development efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on professional experience with PHP and Laravel.
- Professional experience developing modern user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
- Ability to contribute effectively in an existing Laravel environment without requiring foundational framework training.
- Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical internal stakeholders.
- Ability to independently manage development work and take ownership of assigned requests through delivery.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to work efficiently and accelerate delivery.
- Availability for significant working-hour overlap with the U.S. Central Time business day.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing or supporting end-to-end web application deployments.
- Experience taking loosely defined feature requests and developing them into complete technical solutions.
- Background working directly with business stakeholders or internal end users.
- Experience refining user interfaces based on direct user feedback.
- Experience working independently in a small, fast-moving development team.
