👋 Hey there! We’re Attensi — a Norwegian-born tech company with a passion for game based simulation training.
Since 2012, we’ve grown into a global player. Today, our solutions are used by some of the world’s biggest brands across 150+ countries and 50+ languages.
We combine gamification, realistic interactive scenarios, decision-driven dialogues, and our own game AI to create immersive learning experiences that help people build skills that actually stick.
Our customers include Circle K, The Boston Consulting Group, PwC, Accenture, KPMG, ABB, Zurich, and Novartis. We’re currently 220+ Game Changers across Europe and the US.
Now, we’re looking for a Frontend Developer to help shape the future of Attensi Creator.
About the Role
Creator is the platform our teams and customers use to build impactful, immersive training games without writing a line of code.
As Creator moves fully to the web, we’re investing heavily in the authoring experience. We want it to feel fast, intuitive, powerful, and genuinely enjoyable to use.
This is a frontend-focused role where you’ll build interactive, stateful, real-time product experiences, not static pages. You’ll work on the tools that make complex content creation feel effortless for non-technical users.
Where a game developer obsesses over game feel, you’ll obsess over tool feel: responsiveness, clarity, flow, and polish.
You’ll work across a modern stack including TypeScript, SvelteKit, TailwindCSS, SignalR, AI-assisted creation features, and, when needed, our .NET / C# backend.

What We Offer
At Attensi, you’ll join a fast-growing scale-up that’s already a global leader in gamified simulation training.
You’ll work in a flat, open, and collaborative environment with smart, talented colleagues across product, design, technology, AI, and game-based learning.
You’ll have the opportunity to shape both the product and your own role over time, working on meaningful technical challenges in a company with global reach and big ambitions.
We work hard, but we also make time to have fun, from Attensi Days and sporting events to after-work drinks, parties, game nights, and company trips.
