Our Growing Ecosystem

Since we first launched, SafariOffice has evolved from a successful beta into a comprehensive suite of tools for the travel industry. We now manage three distinct platforms:

• SafariOffice for Tour Operators & Agents: Our flagship tool used to easily create beautiful safari quotes. Both the ingenuity and simplicity of the system help operators and agents convert potential clients into travelers booking exclusive safaris.
• SafariOffice for Accommodations: Our newest platform specifically designed for hotels, lodges and camps to manage their digital presence and optimize their b2b relations unlike on any other platform out there.
• SafariBuddy: Our mobile companion app that keeps travelers connected and informed while on the road.

Our database is filled with specialized, expert safari content that is intelligently used to auto-generate unique quotes. We continue to develop more smart tools with a focus on the safari industry.

Technically Speaking: Coding as Storytelling

SafariOffice is a web-based solution, built in Laravel with an API-first approach, running fully on Amazon AWS infrastructure. However, the way we develop has changed.

We are now "storytellers" using Claude Code. We leverage cutting-edge AI orchestration to handle the boilerplate, allowing our developers to focus on high-level architecture and complex logic. We are also increasingly "plugged in," connecting to more and more external APIs to make our ecosystem even more powerful.

Preferred Skills (Medior Level)

• PHP & Laravel: Solid experience with the latest version of Laravel.
• API Knowledge: Strong understanding of REST / JSON and connecting to external services.
• Frontend: Good grasp of JavaScript and HTML5/CSS3 (Sass or Less).
• Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS (Aurora/MySQL, EC2, ElastiCache, S3, EFS, CloudFront, SES, CloudWatch, Route 53).
• Independent: Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
• The "Plus" List: Experience with Flutter (for SafariBuddy) or a passion for AI-assisted development is a big plus!
• Communication: Good English is a must; Dutch is a nice extra.

You must be able to visit the Dutch Office in Den Bosch, the Netherlands.
