Job Responsibilities:

On-the-Job Training: 

As an Electrical Engineer, you are expected to acquire the following skills and knowledge through hands-on experience:

1) Electrical Design in accordance to MS IEC 60364, MS1936, MS1979, MSIEC 62305, UBBL and other related standards.

  - Overcurrent & Earth Fault Protection Design

  - Cable Sizing, Voltage Drop & Power Losses analysis

  - ELV Design

  - Earthing & Lightning Protection design

2) Liaison with Authority and Other Professionals 

3) Familiar with software skills such as CAD, Pvsyst, ETAP, lighting simulation etc.

4) Exposure and gain experience from physical constructional site visit.

5) Develop and enhance project management skills include coordinate, supervise and report to superior on the project/task status and progress.

6) Conduct Industrial research such as Industrial Product specification comparison, feasibility studies etc.

7) Charting your journey to Professional Engineer (Ir. Status).

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for facilitating projects, which includes planning, setting project timelines, meeting the deadline as part of your on-the-job training.
• You will be responsible in Solar DC design, Pvsyst Simulation, ETAP etc.
• Your role will involve planning, designing, calculating, estimating costs, and collaborating closely with team members on various projects.
• You will be guided to conduct Engineering Feasibility Study.
• You are expected to engage with multidisciplinary engineers and other professionals, including architects and surveyors.
• Your responsibilities will include coordinating with project stakeholders, such as clients, consultants, main contractors, local authorities, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• You will be responsible to prepare tender document & conduct tender practice.
• You are required to attend meetings, interactions, and site inspections with various parties and prepare meeting minutes.

Requirements:

Job Objective:

Oversee the growth and profitability of the Real Estate & Property Development

Division, ensuring efficient operations and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute the standard duties of a General Manager, Head of Real Estate & Property

Development, along with additional tasks assigned by the Management.

Primary Tasks:

• Team Management: Lead a team to achieve business objectives related to revenue

and profitability through setting goals, performance reviews, and monitoring via KPIs.

Plan human resources for business expansion and foster a culture of teamwork,

authority, responsibility, and accountability.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to strategize, plan,

monitor, and review the Business Plan during monthly meetings.

• Market Analysis: Continuously assess market and economic conditions to identify

potential impacts on the business, taking appropriate actions to seize opportunities

and mitigate losses through feasibility studies.

• Operations Compliance: Ensure business operations and processes comply with

company policies and risk management protocols, verified by annual internal audits

to prevent structural defects leading to losses.

• Approval Management: Secure and adhere to the necessary levels of management

approvals for business plans, operations, decisions, and budgets.

• Communication: Provide relevant information and feedback to/from staff regarding

company policies, business directions, and performance through monthly

coordinated meetings.

• Vendor Oversight: Periodically review and monitor the performance of business

vendors, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of

products and services.

• Financial Monitoring: Monitor monthly sales, construction progress, and collections

to ensure adequate cash flow, working with the Finance department to secure

necessary funding.

• Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports

on the business's position regarding sales, revenue, and profitability.

• Brand Building: Enhance the business's long-term prospects through effective

product and project positioning, delivering high-quality and timely products and

services, innovative product designs, efficient services, and premium pricing.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant course
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in Property Development or Real

Estate industries.
