What We Are Looking For
The Regional HR Senior Manager / Director will play a key strategic role in aligning our human resource strategy with the overall business goals. The role requires a strong background in HR leadership, experience in operational HR management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regional environment. As the HR leader, you will partner with senior leadership to drive all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, employee development, labor relations, and compliance with regional and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop regional HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, particularly focusing on expanding operations in the Asia Pacific region
- Oversee talent acquisition and management, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent across multiple regions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all operating regions, particularly Singapore, China, India, and future APAC markets.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop a strong organizational culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO on all human resource matters, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Design and implement leadership development and succession planning strategies to ensure the future readiness of talent.
- Support expansion efforts, managing HR integration for new sites and regions as the company grows.
- Develop and manage regional HR policies and ensure alignment with local practices in each region.
- Provide oversight of compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with the Group's standards.
- Lead diversity and inclusion efforts, welcoming employees from all nationalities, and promoting an equitable work environment.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications are preferred.
Experience
8 to 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a regional role in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience in both strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational HR functions.
Strong understanding of regional HR practices, with experience in Singapore, China and India being highly beneficial.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams across multiple regions.

Location & Travel
This role is based at the company's headquarter in Singapore and requires occasional travel (approximately 50% per month) to our manufacturing plants in India and China.
