Our Team
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary maintenance team dedicated to continuous improvement, safety, and quality. We collaborate closely with production, safety, and engineering teams to achieve our business goals.
What You Will Do
- Lead and promote safety and environmental standards, ensuring compliance and proactive risk prevention.
- Analyze and improve equipment performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting TPM and 5S activities.
- Diagnose equipment failures, recommend countermeasures, and communicate solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation, participate in audits, and contribute to the development and implementation of management systems.
- Foster a culture of quality, ethics, and teamwork, acting as a role model for company values.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of automation, electromechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and using Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of PLCs (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens), robots (Fanuc, Kuka), and inverters.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Mexican health, safety, and environmental standards.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with reliability centered maintenance principles.
- Specialization in automation/PLC/robotics or electrical/electronics.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and advanced troubleshooting of industrial networks (Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet).
- Demonstrated leadership in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
