Description
- To understand Inteva motor portfolio in order to support/work as application engineer for NA customers.
- Analyze and understand customer technical requirements and develop conformity matrix to be able to propose product for RFQ.
- Develop Inteva DVPR ensuring alignment with customer specifications
- Support business pursuit activities, analyze RFQ packages. Develop eBOMs.
- Create DFMEA's.
- Follow test and validations thru DV, PV phase, analyze results, Develop solutions to any validation challenges.
- Engage in regular communication with NA customers, US based applications team for Motors/Electronics and Window Regulators and Inteva motors and electronics core engineers in India and France.
- Follow Inteva PDP (Product development process) and meet all gate review requirements.

Position Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of engineering design of motors and electronics. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of design of molded parts.
- Advanced English.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Travel up to 25% both domestically and internationally to support the business, although this is an estimation and may increase or decrease depending on the needs of the business.
