The development team here is fantastic, genuinely collaborative and skilled. We tackle interesting technical challenges, and there's a real sense of camaraderie. We get to use modern technologies which is great for staying current in the IT industry.
While the day-to-day is good, strategic decision-making and long-term planning from senior leadership sometimes feel a bit unfocused. Communication about company-wide goals could be more consistent, and there are occasional hiccups with project prioritization that impact workflow. This can make career growth planning feel a bit uncertain at times.
