Requirements
- Business-level Japanese and English
- 10+ years FMCG or related manufacturing experience
- 3-5+ years in the process engineer or relevant role.
職務目的（Purpose）
本ポジションは、大規模FMCGブラウンフィールド製造プロジェクトにおいて、プロセスエンジニアとして求められる成果を実現し、生産設備および製造プロセスの設計・導入・立上げをリードすることを目的とします。
主な職務内容（Key Responsibilities）
- 製造プロセスおよび設備の設計責任を担う
- 調達活動を主導し、サプライヤーの技術評価を実施する
- 設備据付、FAT（Factory Acceptance Test）、SAT（Site Acceptance Test）および試運転・立上げを支援する
- IQ（Installation Qualification）およびOQ（Operational Qualification）を計画・実行する
立上げ期間中に発生するプロセス上の課題を分析し、解決を推進する
