ניתוח, שיפור ושדרוג מתמיד של התהליכים הכימיים במתקני הדשנים ובמתקן החומצה החנקתית להגדלת התפוקה, ייעול משאבים והפחתת פחת
ניהול ותפעול תהליכי חומצה חנקתית:
מעקב צמוד אחר תגובות החמצון, הספיגה, ניטור פליטות גזים וניהול יעילות הקטליזטורים במתקן הייצור
הובלת פרויקטים הנדסיים:
תכנון, אפיון והטמעה של ציוד וטכנולוגיות חדשות במתקן, החל משלב הרעיון ועד להרצה מלאה
בקרת איכות ויציבות:
ניטור פרמטרים קריטיים להבטחת עמידה במפרטי הפרימיום המחמירים של מוצרי הדשן הנוזלי וריכוזי החומצה
פתרון תקלות מורכבות :
מתן מענה הנדסי בזמן אמת לתקלות תהליכיות במתקן והוצאה לפועל של תחקירים אנליטיים
סביבה, בטיחות וסיכונים :
הובלת סקרי סיכונים תהליכיים, עמידה בדירתו הרגולטוריות הסביבתיות המחמירות של ייצור חומצה חנקתית ואחריות על בטיחות התהליך
כתיבת תיעוד הנדסי:
הנגשת הוראות הפעלה, נהלי עבודה תהליכיים ועיוני עבור צוותי התפעול
מה אנחנו מחפשים
תואר ראשון בהנדסת כימיה / הנדסת חומרים - חובה
ניסיון של 3 שנים לפחות כמהנדס/ת תהליך בתעשייה התהליכית (כימיה, פטרוכימיה, דשנים, פרמצבטיקה או מזון)
ניסיון קודם במתקני חומצות/כימיקלים יסודיים- יתרון משמעותי
ידע נרחב במערכות זרימה, מעבר חום ומסה, ערבוב נוזלים, מערכות בקרת פליטות, ומערכות בקרה מתקדמות
עברית ואנגלית ברמה גבוהה (דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה טכנית)
שליטה בתוכנות אופיס
