About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our Technology team in Paris, Châtelet. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the technical development of innovative AI-driven solutions that are transforming enterprise workflows. As Lead Dev, you will manage a small, talented team of developers, define and uphold the technical direction of your product area, and remain actively involved in coding. Your responsibilities will include driving end-to-end feature development, making architectural decisions aligned with our scalability and product roadmap, and ensuring high-quality code standards. You will collaborate closely with product managers to shape the product roadmap, prioritize features, and deliver impactful solutions on time. Additionally, you will mentor team members, contribute to hiring efforts, and foster a culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in scaling our engineering capabilities while maintaining our high standards for quality and innovation.
Qualifications
- Deep hands-on experience building full-stack applications with TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of modern frontend frameworks, including React, hooks, and state management
- Proficiency with Node.js backend frameworks such as NestJS and Fastify
- Experience designing and scaling multi-tenant SaaS architectures
- Familiarity with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Solid understanding of testing principles including TDD, unit, and integration testing
- Experience deploying and operating SaaS products in production environments
- Proven leadership experience, including leading and mentoring development teams
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to produce clear technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on software craftsmanship
- Curiosity for emerging technologies and best practices in software development
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and technical direction of full-stack features for your squad, ensuring end-to-end delivery
- Make architectural decisions that support scalability, security, and maintainability
- Remain hands-on in coding while guiding the team’s technical efforts
- Own the release lifecycle, including planning, deployment, and post-release support
- Conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold quality standards and encourage best practices
- Identify areas for refactoring and testing to maintain a healthy and efficient codebase
- Collaborate with Product teams to define and own your squad’s roadmap and priorities
- Balance scope, quality, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of features
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and craftsmanship
- Contribute to hiring efforts, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Promote knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and innovation within the team
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the product development process
