About The Role
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack TypeScript Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing two large React applications built with Next.js and Vite, along with developing backend services. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and quality of our recruitment platforms, ensuring they remain reliable, fast, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver innovative features and improvements. Embracing AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Codex will be a core part of your workflow, enabling you to write superior code more efficiently. Your contributions will help optimize frontend performance, enhance backend reliability, and improve API design, all while adhering to best practices in software development.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess solid hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks like Next.js and Vite. Familiarity with backend development using Node.js and the ability to work across the full stack are essential. You should be comfortable working with testing frameworks such as Vitest, Jest, and React Testing Library. Active use of AI coding tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex, and knowing how to leverage them effectively, is highly desirable. Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and further developing two large React applications (Next.js & Vite), ensuring they are scalable, performant, and user-centric.
- Building new features across the full stack with clean, readable, and maintainable TypeScript code, aligned with best practices.
- Writing and maintaining comprehensive unit and integration tests using frameworks such as Vitest, Jest, and React Testing Library to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into functional, high-quality solutions.
- Actively integrating AI-assisted development tools into your daily workflow to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Optimizing frontend performance and contributing to backend reliability, including API design and implementation.
- Participating in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
