Are you ready to optimize quality performance and drive throughput efficiency in a cutting-edge biopharmaceutical facility? Join our Supply Chain & Logistics BioAtrium team in Visp to lead deviation process governance, streamline investigation lead times, and eliminate operational bottlenecks on a 6-month contract with potential of extension.

This role is primarily based on site. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. We offer flexibility to work remotely for no more than 20% of your time. Requests are considered on a case‑by‑case basis, in line with business needs.

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

What you will do:

• Oversee site deviation portfolio tracking, milestone adherence, and governance reporting.
• Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to provide clear visibility into open, aging, and overdue deviations.
• Partner with Yellow Belts, Green Belts, and investigation owners to identify and clear workflow bottlenecks across BioAtrium.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence principles to reduce overall deviation throughput times.
• Perform trend analysis using TrackWise data to uncover systemic root causes of investigation delays and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Facilitate routine cross-departmental reviews to align operational teams on deviation priorities, risks, and deadline commitments.
• Support site-wide continuous improvement initiatives without taking direct line-management ownership of individual deviation execution.

What we are looking for:

• Significant professional experience (10+ years) with a strong background in Deviation Management within a regulated GMP manufacturing environment (Pharma, CDMO, or Food sector).
• Applied expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process mapping, and operational excellence tools.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Power BI for metrics tracking, KPI visualization, and data modeling.
• Practical familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), specifically TrackWise.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional technical teams without direct authority.
• Professional fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
