Responsibilities
• Process incoming data and enter it accurately into designated systems
• Validate records against source materials and correct routine formatting issues
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent entries and escalate exceptions
• Maintain clear processing logs and meet agreed quality standards
• Follow data privacy, access, and documentation procedures
Qualification
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Accurate keyboarding and careful review habits
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and browser-based tools
• Ability to follow repeatable procedures and manage assigned priorities
• Reliable written communication in a remote team
Preferred
• Coursework, project, internship, or volunteer experience involving structured data
• Exposure to data-quality checks, CRM systems, or database interfaces
• Interest in process accuracy and continuous improvement
