Role Overview
As a Senior Off-Plan Agent at Mavrix Properties, you'll be a trusted real estate investment advisor specializing in primary market real estate transactions. You'll work with high-net-worth clients through direct developer purchases, leveraging your market expertise to guide investment decisions in Dubai's luxury off-plan sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on off-plan investment opportunities directly from premium developers, providing expert guidance on market trends, launches, pricing, and investment potential
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with top-tier developers and investors to expand and enhance our property database
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining Mavrix's reputation for precision and premium service
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of UAE-based projects and market dynamics, positioning yourself as a true market specialist
- Qualify and nurture leads through CRM management, ensuring exceptional client experience throughout the buyer journey
- Attend real estate launches and industry events, staying informed on market intelligence and legislative updates
- Uphold RERA standards and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of local property purchase procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven success in Dubai's off-plan or luxury real estate market
- Valid UAE driver's license with own vehicle
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
