Role Overview
Develop software as part of the COMPACS System.
Create technology solutions for challenging oil and gas problems that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize productivity.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software in C/C++ and Qt.
- Design MCP and NLP interfaces and technical specifications.
- Implement LLM integrations, MCP servers, and RAG repositories.
- Test software, resolve bugs, and integrate new modules.
- Prepare documentation and present technical solutions.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
Qualifications And Knowledge
- Native Russian and fluent English.
- Strong knowledge of C/C++ and backend or full-stack development.
- Highly skilled in LLM integration and Qt.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol architecture.
- Experience building NLP modules and RAG storage.
- Ability to present and defend technical solutions.
Schedule
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
- The role is overtime-exempt.
