• Manage database of existing and new PDF drawings and other electronic files for the Electrical department
• Manage CAD drawings on all on going projects
• Design control systems to NFPA, UL, and CE specification to comply with country-specified standards
• Create circuit diagrams in AutoCAD and ensure they are workable until the point of delivery

Customer Service

General

• Assist slot players and monitor the players are behaving properly according to house rules.

Job Descriptions : -

• Ensure all areas within our business premises and the slot machines are in good orderly and working conditions at least 15 minutes before shift starts and during the whole duration of shift.
• Report duty at least 30 minutes before shift starts for daily opening in the event if you are Duty Shift in Charge.
• Supervise gaming operations and personnel in an assigned area according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensure that each station is covered by sufficient floor staff in each shift.
• Brief the floor staff on new rules and gaming programs.
• Issue opening and additional float to the cashier according to SOP.
• Monitor all cash, credit/ debit cards transactions carried out by the cashier according to SOP.
